I’m Rachel, a certified coach with a background in business, behaviour, and recovery from complex trauma. After decades of high-functioning stress and people-pleasing caused by C-PTSD, I reached a point of complete burnout… physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
My own healing journey, which included a recovery from Long Covid, led me to deeply understand the role that chronic stress, dysregulation, and survival patterns play in keeping us stuck.
Today, I’m committed to helping women move out of fight or flight mode into a calm, clarity, and confidence that comes when your nervous system feels safe. My approach blends trauma-informed coaching with emotional literacy, somatic awareness, and spiritual alignment — supporting you to make lasting change without pushing or pretending.
