I can support you in this difficult time and guide you out of fight or flight into a calmer, happier life...
I’m Rachel, a certified coach who spent decades suffering from complex trauma (CPTSD) and OCD – I was triggered all the time, dropping into Fight, Flight Fawn or Freeze at the most inopportune moments. Worse still in my forties I developed several chronic illnesses – I felt like there was no way out.
Once I decoded a path for trauma recovery it felt natural to share it. So I retrained as coach and I’ve been help other women like me ever since.
